Most of these documents are viewable and printable in your choice of Adobe PDF or Adobe Flashpaper formats. You may simply view or print them in these alternative formats by clicking the respective controls on the linked pages.

NOTE: Remember that most pages on the PriorityONE Web site automatically print in "print-friendly" form when you print from your browser. That means if you have Adobe Flashpaper or Acrobat installed on your computer, you should be able to "print" any such page to those formats if you want to retain copies for later viewing or printer.

Adobe Acrobat Reader required

These files are in the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). This means that you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer before you can view or print them. You may download the Adobe Reader free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you have installed the Adobe Reader for "in-place activation" or as a browser plug-in, you may view it online directly from your browser. However, you may wish to use your browser's commands and key combinations that will allow you to download the file to your computer for later offline viewing. For example, if you use a Windows computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer, right-click on the download link and select "Save Target As ..." to begin the download. Similarly, right-click on the download link and select "Save Link As ..." if you use Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox.

Once the files are loaded into the Adobe Reader, you may zoom in or out, or print a copy for reference.

TIP: Remember when printing to use Adobe Reader's Print commands, and not the print commands on your browser menu.
