Notes on EONI DSL services

• All EONI standalone DSL plans are subject to a one-time installation or setup fee.
• If your existing DSL modem does not work with the new EONI DSL service, EONI will supply you with a new DSL modem for a $69.95 charge. This new modem is a combination ADSL2+ modem with a 4-port router with wireless 802.11B/G built in. In some cases, you may be able to utilize a more basic modem at a fee of $49.95. The EONI modems carry a 1 year limited warranty (not covered: electrical surge, lightning, flood, damage by accidents and misuse, etc.) that applies to the original modem only (not warranty replacements).


• Any applicable taxes, fees, recovery charges, surcharges, etc. are NOT included in these fees and will be added to the customer bill.


• Currently, these DSL services are available in the designated city only. Within the designated city, the services are not available in all areas or on all telephone lines. All services are subject to final confirmation of services by PriorityONE and/or EONI.


• Early termination of 12 month agreement plans incurs a $75.00 fee. For customers with a 12 month agreement plan, on day 1 of month 13 the rate then either: 1) automatically adjusts to the then-current 12 month agreement rate if you desire a new 12 month agreement, or 2) the rate will adjust to the then-current month to month rate. The monthly fee on month to month plans is subject to change at any time. EONI and PriorityONE reserve the right to change or discontinue any of these plans at any time. If changed and you are already in a 12 month plan, your plan and rate will continue without change until that 12 month period ends. Continued service then will be according to the plans and rates in effect at that time.


• Customers must conform to the PriorityONE and EONI Acceptable Use Policies and Terms of Service. Customer computer equipment must meet or exceed EONI's minimum system requirements.


• PriorityONE and EONI DSL Internet access is based on ADSL technology.


• Actual performance and speeds may vary; speeds and uninterrupted service is specifically not guaranteed. Performance and speed may be affected by line conditions, network and Internet congestion and other factors. Wired and/or wireless networking of your computer systems may require purchase of additional components/equipment, as well as experienced installation. Such networking is not included in the pricing noted above. If you require assistance with networking installation or maintenance, additional fees apply.
