The Letter of Agency is a document signifying your authorization for PriorityONE Telecommunications, Inc. to act on your behalf to provide telecommunications services per your agreement. After you have ordered PriorityONE services, you will be asked to sign this document. The Letter of Agency is a requirement of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.
